felicia trial will start tomorrow. michael johnson accused of killing her when she was visiting. jury was seated thursday. the judge needed to shift through motions surrounding the lead detective in the case. that detective was suspended for misconduct days after the arrest. >> john leopold started his defense. he is charged with misconduct in office for using officers as a look out with when he had sex in a car and misusing tax dollars by doing this on work time. his attorneys say the team was unregulated. >> we are not looking at the streets of minneapolis, no that is a snow filled view of baltimore city. this is like a lifetime ago. >> that's early this morning. rush hour is a complete nightmare because of all the white stuff making us late for work. >> let's go over to mike and now in the abc most accurate storm center to find if things will be better tomorrow. some more activity heading our

incident this past august. two and a half weeks ago he admitted on his facebook page his drinking problem, seeking understanding from people, stating that i don't know if i am to be forgiven but i hope to regain your confidence. >> embarrassing at the time. i mean to have to basically lay yourself bare before the public and admit first of all that i was drinking the day of the incident, why did i do that? i did that because i had nothing to hide. >> reporter: he said that the pressure of last year's legislative session hit him personally. >> i had the issue of betrayal of three colleagues on the marriage issue. that was an issue i fought for many years so it was very personal to me. >> reporter: he said that he wants to use this event as a learning experience. > awakening are was an opat where i was going with my life, how i was handling my social environment and saying you have to stop. you have to stop. because i was at a crossroads.

they had a couple days off to recover from the hard fought win and they were looking fresh today. focus is on the super bowl and facing a difficult team with the 49ers. the team of course still the under dog. players address some of the doubters and haters out there just a few hours ago. >> i don't care. you know there are guy that have to make a living on hating on somebody. if that's going to be us, me, then i plan on being around for a while and if you want to continue to do it i will be here. >> speak up. that's great. they will practice at home until sunday and then monday getting on a plane. >> something else. >> a lot of people want to get tickets and go to the super bowl. this may make getting a second mortgage but that's not going to stop fan who are searching for seats. >> but you have to be careful.

. now the most accurate forecast. >> got a pretty shot around chesapeake beach but looks deceiving has it was a struggle to get out of the 20s. look at the ice along the bay. that's indicating it's just been so cold that now the bay is starting to freeze up. we will go in to the city limits, look at federal hill. really beautiful shot with a lot of clear skies. it's 24 degrees as temperatures will continue to drop this evening. look how strong that pressure reading it. that's an indication that arctic high on top of us right now. that northwesterly breeze at nine. that makes that 24 feel like it's in to the teens. 26 degrees today. 27 easton, pax river got to 27, that's well warmer than where we were the last couple days,

it'll -- just a little bit warmer tomorrow afternoon before the snow starts to move in. right now to the north, 24 degrees, a pair of 2's in manchester. we are starting to see the temperatures drop. still 29 in 9 city and that northwesterly win will be with us all evening long. that will make the temperatures which feel like 14 probably in to the single digits tonight. already down to the single digits in hagerstown. we will call it a biting breeze tonight. the clouds gather tomorrow we will start to seat snow develop. i do think it's late in the afternoon going in to the evening but the accumulating part will start to develop. keep that in mind if you can get owl early want to exercise that. cecil under a winter weather advisory. why its not in the city we have two weather services, they didn't talk though this evening. we will see baltimore under a weather advisory during the course of this show or maybe
